2. Estimates & Quotes
All estimates are provided in good faith based on the scope described at the time of quoting. Final pricing may adjust if site conditions, materials, or project scope change. Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
3. Scheduling & Work
We commit to agreed schedules in good faith, but weather, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions may affect timelines. We will communicate any changes promptly and work with you to minimize disruption.
4. Payments
Payment terms are outlined in your service agreement. A deposit may be required to secure scheduling, with the balance due upon project completion unless otherwise arranged. Late payments may incur additional fees.
5. Warranties
Workmanship is warranted against defects for a period stated in your service agreement. This warranty does not cover damage caused by settling, moisture intrusion, structural movement, misuse, or modifications made by others after completion.
6. Limitation of Liability
FRT and Sons Drywall is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Total liability is limited to the value of the work performed on the specific project in question.
7. Site Content
All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of FRT and Sons Drywall and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Changes to Terms
